NF-κB transcription factor exhibits nuclear translocation oscillatory dynamics to induce gene expression by using yet-to-be identified molecular mechanisms. Our study aims to identify the functions of oscillatory behavior of NF-κB for transcriptional regulation in B cell using single cell sequence and single live cell imaging.
